Summerlin Life and Health Insurance Company offers comprehensive plans in all markets with open and direct access to providers...freedom to go directly to any physician, hospital or health care professional for covered services. No referral is required and all plans feature excellent coverage for routine preventive care, specialty care, hospitalization, surgery, diagnostic testing and emergency care. Only a small number of services require preauthorization or notification. Pharmacy, dental and vision riders are available as options. Summerlin also has high deductible health plans which are compatible with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs).

For the Hawaii market, Summerlin offers health insurance products designed to provide exceptional value to the people of Hawaii. The product suite is called Summerlin Easy Hawaii and consists of an "All 20%" coinsurance plan, a "$15 Office" co-pay plan, a "PPO" plan and a "90/10" plan.

Summerlin Life and Health Insurance Company moved into its new corporate headquarters building in December, 2004. It consists of 40,000 square feet on a 5.3 acre campus in Summerlin (Las Vegas), Nevada. The Summerlin facility is located on the same campus as the 40,000 square foot corporate headquarters building of NevadaCare, Inc., an HMO affiliate company of Summerlin.
